CEO Story- Rachel

Many young people feel overloaded, this can be increased with SEN and SEMH barriers. My mission is to support them and teach the world around them to support them.

Training in Fine Art and a PGCE in Education began my journey to support young people to express themselves and their confidence to flourish. I have worked in schools, colleges and training providers with learners who have EHCP's and many social and emotional barriers. My journey has explored School SEN Governor roles and supporting the vulnerable through court cases.

I believe in a Positive Behaviourial Support Model encompassing my training in CBT and Counselling. As a member of CTAA I currently work alongside others in complimentary therapies. I have provided young people, educational settings and families with strategies to overcome barriers and embrace their skills in the world.

After many years in education I decided to follow my passion to share my knowledge and support young people from all backgrounds in group and 1:1 settings.

Overloaded offers many support services that are accessible for all, we also offer bespoke packages covering Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire and would love to hear from you.
